| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Attendance issue was discussed with special reference tothe new version of recording member's attenfdance developed by Rtn Bharat Haladi. 2. The leave application of Rtn Arti Thacker and Rtn Pradeep Govil was approved upto 24th & 30th july. 3. It was decided that the proposed new members should attend atleast two meetings. 4.Appointments of Chairpersons for different avenues will not require approval of the Board. 5. Rtn Mitra informed the BOD that the arrangement of booking of halls for the months of July24 and August 24 were done. 6.The budget for the year 24-25 was approved by the BOD. |
