The aim of RYLA was to develop the latent leadership qualities by putting youth through a series of team building exercises coupled with adventure activities. Outdoor RYLA  0n 02 Feb 20 for 30 students of Indus Business School was held at X TRAIL Lavasa. This consisted of the following activities:- ◦ Archery ◦ Paint Ball Shooting ◦ Burma Bridge ◦ Zip Lining ◦ Group Task Planning Activity ◦ Leadership Skills The participants were divided into teams and given instructions about crossing an obstacle in a time bound manner, penalties were laid down for infringement to rules laid down. The team which successfully was able to take all its members across with least penalties was declared the winner. After words there was a debriefing in which leadership and team spirit aspects were discussed thread bare.
