160 solar lamps were distributed to the Adivasi / Tribal community members, working on daily wages, around the region where they live.. It is around Rajguru Nagar & Chakan region. We traveled about 60 kms to cover 5 different loca?ons to meet the beneficiaries. All these hamlets dont have any electricity in their place of residence. *Light A Home* project was accomplished and great sa?sfac?on derived to see the smiles on their faces. School going children expressed their gra?tude and men?oned that the lamps will help them study and complete their home work as well. President Maithili, Spouse Chandrashekhar, Maithili's sister and her brother in law also helped us with the distribu?on. Rotary Club of Rajguru Nagar were our synergy partners in this project. They helped us to identify the beneficiaries.
